David McAllan

Hailing from the 'Oil Capital of Europe', David moved from Aberdeen, Scotland, to Canada in 2019 and quickly made SW Ontario home. With more than a decade of experience managing Scotland's "Fastest Growing" radio station, as well as board level responsibilities for driving commercial and strategic growth on behalf of Scotland's largest, privately-owned local-radio group, and (as he says himself) "... with a serious passion for local radio - done right" - it didn't take him long to join the MBC Media family.

David's been a General Manager with MBC since September 2019, and currently leads the incredibly talented teams in both Strathroy-Caradoc and Exeter-Grand Bend. David says: "Local radio has the ability, power and responsibility to change the lives of people in the communities we serve, and we strive every day to deliver on that responsibility, because that's what our listeners deserve". David is an active member within the community, and lives in Strathroy-Caradoc with his wife and daughter.
